Hours

Consultation evaluations are held via secure televideo. The initial consultation visit will be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of submitting a request form, and the second (feedback) visit will be scheduled approximately 5-7 business days after. 

My office hours are Tuesdays 9:30am-7pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-5pm, and periodic Saturdays 10am-2pm. Additional weekday, weekend, and evening appointments are available by request for established patients.
